All watches are sold in the condition advertised.

Pricing

Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated and may exclude delivery charges where applicable.

Ordering

Orders are only confirmed once:

Full payment has been received and cleared.

Payment

We currently accept payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

Full payment must be received before any watch is released for collection or dispatched for delivery.

Ownership of the product remains with The IA Luxury Group until payment has been received in full.

Delivery

We offer secure, insured delivery throughout South Africa.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier services, and product availability.

Risk passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

Collection

Collection may be arranged by appointment only.

Customers may be required to provide proof of identity and proof of payment before collection.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after payment has been received.

Refunds will only be considered where required by applicable South African consumer protection legislation.

Inspection Before Purchase

Customers are encouraged to request additional photographs, videos, or information before completing a purchase.
